POLICIES:
Please double & triple check your vehicle to make sure it is parked respectfully, legally, & that you are not on the neighbor’s lawns, blocking driveways or roadways.
Items are sold “AS-IS”, “WHERE-IS”. All items are considered USED items & are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please use due-diligence when inspecting items before purchase.
Advertising works! You are here! In some cases, advertised items may be removed from the sale by owner’s discretion.
Florida Estate Sales accepts debit/credit cards & cash payments. There will be a $10 minimum on debit/credit card purchases.
We ask that you BYOH (Bring Your Own Help) and tools. We are here to sell you the items you desire, not move them for you. Purchases must be removed by the end of the sale.
THIEVES are not welcome! Please leave larger purses & backpacks in your vehicle. Upon entry you consent to being digitally recorded & photographed.
RESPECT the estate & staff! We ask that you treat this home, property, & staff as you would want to be treated. NO food or drinks allowed. NO public restrooms. Please keep young children and service animals well attended as you will be responsible for any costs incurred for damages & cleaning.
We all love a great bargain, but our prices are NOT negotiable on the first day of our sale. We will, however, negotiate on the subsequent day(s) with our biggest discount during the FINAL 2 hours of our sale. There are NO negotiations on items priced under $5.
