The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, April 19 at 8PM. The unit must be broom swept clean. Any dumpsters on the property are for use by the storage facility only; not the public. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, April 19 at 8PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer with a minimum disposal fee of $300. The storage facility closes at 8PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room number will only be given to the winning bidder. There is no physical inspection available for this auction.
