Contents of a 10'x10' Climate Controlled Storage Unit sold by the storage unit owner. Tamper Tag #0678762. Contents include: Breweriana & Bar items. Neon signs, LED signs, Chalkboards, A-Frame double sided Chalkboards, Beer Glasses, Coasters, Mirrors, Boxes. Guinness, Heineken, Redd’s, Samuel Adams, Brooklyn Brewery, Long Trail plus much more. The functionality of electric/electronic items are unknown. Authenticity is not checked nor guaranteed on any & all items. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, April 12 at 8PM. The unit must be broom swept clean. Any dumpsters on the property are for use by the storage facility only; not the public. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, April 12 at 8PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer with a minimum disposal fee of $300. The storage facility closes at 8PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room number will only be given to the winning bidder. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The key to the unit & gate access code must be picked up by Friday, April 10 at 3PM at the Absolute Auction Center in Pleasant Valley, NY.
