The functionality of electric/electronic items are unknown. Authenticity is not checked nor guaranteed on any & all items. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by SATURDAY, April 11 at 8PM. The unit must be broom swept clean. Any dumpsters on the property are for use by the storage facility only; not the public. Anything left in the unit after SATURDAY, April 11 at 8PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer with a minimum disposal fee of $300. The storage facility closes at 8PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room number will only be given to winning bidder. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The keys to the units & gate access codes must be picked up by Friday, April 10 at 3PM at the Absolute Auction Center in Pleasant Valley, NY.
