ESTATE SALE in Kingsville/Perry Hall on Belair Rd runs THURSDAY, April 9, from 12-4 with a sign up sheet going out at the house at 11 to manage traffic. DO NOT SHOW BEFORE 1045 as there will be no access or attendant to get you situated with parking. FRIDAY, April 10, from 9-12 SATURDAY, April 11, from 9-2 Exact address goes out closer to sale dates as is always the case. This is for safety/security reasons:) If you like vintage, retro, antiques…you do not want to miss this sale! What’s there? Jewelry, Vintage holiday, ceramics galore, furniture - antique table and chairs, bed room sets, shelving, display cabinets, clothing mostly women’s large and includes vintage, shoes, barware, collectible glass, grannycore decor, lighthouses, tins, linens, stuffies, retro ashtrays, vintage/retro kitchen, metal cabinets, and more. PARKING…This is yard/field parking which means it is weather permitting regarding the ability to park. Only if the ground is not conducive to parking will we resort to a by-appointment sale. But, right now it’s looking good! Please follow signs and parking attendants. Do not make a left into this location off of Belair Rd! It is a solid yellow line! Also, Google maps shows it as Perry Hall, but it will also show as Kingsville! You and your vehicle are entering at hour own risk. Please use caution in abd around home. This is a multi level property. Cash, please. Local checks with matching ID considered. WE DO NOT SHARE PRICES IN ADVANCE OF A SALE. We do not give prices online, via email or messenger, etc .
