Lake Bernadette Community Sale Plus Friday Sale

We have so much this year that we are going to do a sale on Friday also.

Please note: The sale on Friday is NOT part of the community sale. I have a great relationship with my neighbors and I would like to keep it that way! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON PEOPLE'S LAWNS, OR BLOCK THEIR DRIVEWAYS!!! My neighbors will be up and trying to get to work and school, and I do not wish to cause problems!

Please do not show up at 6:30 am with flashlights. We are going to be as organized as possible, but it will take some time to set up.

Lake Bernadette is having their Community Wide Yard Sales on Saturday, March 21st, 2026.

This year my in-laws will be joining our sale. There will be some silver, coins, proof sets, and some jewelry.

I have a friend who works for a high-end estate sale business. The owner of the company doesn't like to deal with the "littles" or the "smalls." She brings totes and totes of items to my yard sale every year. Most of the high end clothing and other items come from her. Once again this year we have bins and bins of clothing, many of them with the tags still on them. The sizes range from Small to 4X in both men's and women's. The new clothing and jeans are all $3.00 each. The used clothing is all sorted by sizes in bins and it is all $2.00 each. We will have one rack of the best of the best, and those pieces will be individually priced.

Just a side note: Every piece of used clothing has been laundered. I do not sell dirty clothing, and we do not have pets and we do not smoke.
Also, for the re-sellers, I am using removeable stickers on the high dollar items so you won't have to worry about getting tags off and leaving residue.

There is a rack of coats and jackets. North Face, Nike, LL Bean, Patagonia, Ralph Lauren, and more, $3.00 - $6.00.

There is a lot of vintage clothing, most are in the $2.00 bins.

I have a bunch of really great jeans this years. Vintage Levi's with orange and white tabs, Miss Me, Citizens of Humanity, Lucky Brand, Phat Farm and more.

There are some neat Y2K hip hop clothing items.

Purses including Dooney and Bourke, Tori Burch, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Coach, Vera Bradley and more.

Some nice shoes and hats, including some vintage ones from The Masters.

I have makeup and high end vintage and rare perfumes.

There is also an entire box of brand new skin care, makeup, lotions, etc. These will be individually priced.

Many Bath and Body Works Items, some are vintage collectibles.

This year I have a ton of vintage glass and figurines. Lladro, Baccarat, Royal Doulton, Waterford and so on.

I have an entire tote of high end dust bags, boxes, and gift bags from Hermes, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Coach, Tory Burch, and others.
