The seven steel shelves on the right hand side of the unit are not included but stay in the unit. The functionality of electric/electronic items is unknown. Authenticity is not checked nor guaranteed on any & all items. Items are located in Poughkeepsie, NY.Payment is due by Tuesday, March 24 at 1PM.Information with payment and pickup instructions will be emailed to winning bidders the morning after the auction ends.Pickup must be completed by Thursday, March 26 at 5PM **NOTE: There is no pickup extension. Please bid accordingly.**Pickup note: Buyers assume all risk & are responsible for complete removal of unit contents. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Thursday, March 26 at 5pm. There is no dumpster on the property for use by the public. Anything left in the unit after Thursday, March 26 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any unit not completely emptied by the stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a disposal fee of at least $150. The storage facility is only open from 6AM to 11PM daily. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. Once invoice is paid the unit number & the combination to the lock on the unit will be provided.All lots sold as is, where is. There is a 18% Buyers Premium for all lots purchased.
