*Watch your step coming in the front door. 2 outside steps at front door and one step down immediately in foyer

*All items are sold AS IS and all sales are final, no credits, no refunds or returns.

*We do not release pricing prior to the sale. ***Due to the size & prep of this sale, we are unable to return emails. First come first serve on sale days.

*Large furniture items will have to moved by buyer after the close of sale after 1:00 or a scheduled time on Sunday.

*Please bring help for large items as buyer is solely responsible for moving large items as there is NO moving assistance at the sale.
