This is being handled a bit different from our other sales due to the size of the property verses the amount of volume. And a concern about parking availability. We will eventually open this sale without appointments on FRIDAY with a FILL A BAG SALEonce we make some room and see how the parking goes. There is parking near Kenwood HS, but that is a short walk away. Please note that when we open on FRIDAY we will have been selling for 2 days with by-appointment sales. However, we will be pulling new items from the attic. This home is loaded with jewelry, vintage and retro finds, grannycore/gram pop core chic, grandma chic attire, loads of kitchen items, owls and birds galore, decor, and more. The location has limited parking due to residents claiming spots, etc, However, the high school area does have space out front. The home is narrow, butPACKED which is why we are going to start with appointments. There is little room to move about. We will be adding new items after each day, as the attic is loaded, too. So, if you don't get in on the first day, there are more opportunities.As always, you are entering the property at your own risk. Use caution on stairs and grounds. We accept cash.
