***Hello, my Santa Clarita neighbors! My name is Christine. I'm an older woman on a barely livable fixed income, with serious health problems. I just had surgery in December with 4-8 weeks to recover, but unfortunately had unforeseen complications. After renting the same home of twelve years, my landlord is selling and I have to move. So, I cannot move myself, I will have to hire someone. I need every penny for the move because of course I can't do it myself. I'm kindly asking for my community of Santa Clarita, to either buy or pass along the info of something I'm selling. Thank you so, so much! I'm going to miss VALENCIA!***
