IMPORTANT SALE NOTICE – PLEASE READ Due to the size of this estate and very limited indoor space, Day 1 of this sale will be APPOINTMENT-ONLY to ensure a safe, organized, and enjoyable shopping experience for everyone. DAY 1 – APPOINTMENT ONLY Entry by scheduled 30-minute appointments Limited number of shoppers per time slot Each appointment is for one person Couples must reserve two appointments No walk-ins on Day 1 This system allows us to: ✔️ Prevent overcrowding ✔️ Reduce congestion and theft ✔️ Protect fragile and high-value items ✔️ Give shoppers room to browse comfortably 👉 Appointment sign-up link will be posted on Thursday at 12:00pm. Appointments are first-come, first-served and will fill quickly. DAY 2 – OPEN ADMISSION Day 2 will operate as a traditional estate sale, first-come, first-served, with limited capacity to maintain safety. Day 3 will operate as normal. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation—this helps us run a smoother, safer sale for everyone.
