Hi Folks...Welcome to this Gorgeous Downsizing Sale at 2628 CITRUS DRIVE, NAVARRE, FL  32566!  This sale will be held on FRIDAY & SATURDAY, January 30th & 31st from 8am to 2pm.  There are so many beautiful and quality items, inside and outside the home!  Please check the pictures for descriptions and prices.  Those are the items that are available for pre-sale.  If you have any questions or would like to Pre-buy any items, please contact ANGIE at 860-303-6443.  Can't wait to see you there!

**PRE-SALES.
**Any Pre-Sale items will have a Number, Price & Description.  If you wish to purchase items that don't have a description and price, if we know the price, we will Pre-Sell it to you.  
**Please contact Angie at 860-303-6443 for Pre-Purchases.  Please send your NAME, the ITEM, ITEM NUMBER and picture of the Item.
**PRE-SALES end at 5:00pm on the day prior to the sale.
**A payment link from SQUARE will be sent to you.  Payment must be paid UPON RECEIPT of link or item will be reposted For Sale.
**All items MUST be PICKED UP during the SALE DATES.  If any item is not picked up by the end of the sale, there WILL NOT BE A REFUND.
**DELIVERIES are available for a fee.  Please call Kevin Dolan at (850)889-5356.
**Taxes will be charged at time of purchase.  If you are a dealer, please bring a copy of your resale certificate.
