Contents of Two Storage Units sold by storage unit owner. One 5' x 5' Climate Controlled Storage Unit & One 5' x 15' Climate Controlled Unit. Contents include: Comics, Sneakers, Artwork, Household, Boxes plus much more. The functionality of electric/electronic items are unknown. Authenticity is not checked nor guaranteed on any & all items. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, February 1 at 8PM. The unit must be broom swept clean. There is no dumpster for use by the public. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, February 1 at 8PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer with a minimum disposal fee of $300. The storage facility closes at 8PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room number will only be given to winning bidder. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. Keys and gate codes must be picked up at the AAR office in Pleasant Valley, NY by Friday, January 30 at 3PM.
