House & Attic are full of still-useful items for every room in the house including stereo equipment, televisions, table and floor lamps, kitchen and bakeware, small appliances, washer and dryer; electric lift-Recliner, antique furniture to include corner cabinets, curio cabinet, dressers, bed frames, art-deco style storage vanity, cedar chest, home office desks, glassware, china, record albums, books and so much more.

Kindly note this is a cash only sale and your exact change is appreciated. A deposit holds anything until later pick up can be arranged.

Prices begin at less than $1.00 and everything is priced reasonably to clear out the house.

Everything comes from a non-smoking, no pets, single-person household.
