FINAL YARD SALE BEFORE MOVING OVERSEAS – EVERYTHING MUST GO

• Date: Saturday, January 10th
• Time: 9am-1pm **no early birds please!**


Our family is relocating overseas and this is the LAST round of items after multiple yard sales, but there are still a LOT of great items left! We need to clear out what remains and are motivated to sell.

Items include:
* Baby and kids items: clothes from newborn through early school age, shoes, toys, books, feeding essentials, crib sheets and swaddling linens, baby gear, and storage items
* Household goods and furniture
* Kitchenware, dishes, and cookware
* Garage and yard tools
* Gardening supplies, soil amendments, pots, fertilizer, etc
* Cleaning supplies and household consumables
* Pantry items (unopened)
* Miscellaneous home and storage items
* Women’s clothing and shoes in excellent condition plus handbags and purses
* Several tubs of FREE stuff e.g., crafting scraps, envelopes, cards, expired swab tests for a certain upper respiratory bug, partially spent sets of things, etc

Many items are listed on our Offer Up account under hudsonfamily (can't provide link bc it will violate the app's terms)

We are also looking to responsibly clear out remaining cleaning products, yard work supplies, and other usable household items. Reasonable offers welcome, especially for bulk purchases.

Everything comes from a clean, smoke-free home and is priced to move! Please message if you have any questions. **We will NOT hold or reserve items unless they are fully purchased ahead of time. No exceptions, please.** If you’d like to buy something now and pick it up whenever it's convenient, we are more than willing to do this so please do not hesitate to reach out!
