The homeowner still lives on the premises therefore some areas will be blocked off. If you attempt to enter those areas you will be asked to leave. No exceptions. Absolutely no bags or backpacks allowed.  There are a lot of fragile items, we will help with prices and holding items but there will be no piling up items in a box.You will be charged for items you break, if you refuse to pay, you will be asked to leave. We spent much time in organizing and displaying, please be respectful.
That said... if you sell online this is a great sale, if you collect antiques this is a great sale, if you sell in an antique mall this a great sale sale and if you just like beautiful things, this is definitely a great sale!
We are liquidating the estate of an high-end Antiques store in Pasadena that operated for many years, combined with items from the family personal estate.  A very curated selection spanning across three centuries.
Rooms full of fine China, Art, frames, Artwork, Sculptures, Collectibles, Glass, Pottery, Furniture, Dining Sets, Couches, Lounge Chairs, Silverware, Lamps, Bar Carts and much more.... 
And a gorgeous garden full of Pots and seasoned Plants combined with beautiful Vintage outdoor Furniture, Garden Art and Statues.
In the outdoor there are plenty of other items and bins full of more great stuff.
