Driveway doesn't open until 10:30AM sharp. ABSOLUTELY No early sales or lookie-loos on the property except for the big ticket or bulky items listed in the section below. You can inspect/purchase those BEFORE or AFTER the DAY of the sale. No time to haggle - prices are already low enough.

Parking will be limited near my cul-de-sac on a Sunday - please respect my neighbors' driveways. Merchandising may be a little primitive but not the wares. Sorry No pics, but my lack of pre-organization is your gain.
