Located in Sacramento, close to Carmichael and not too far from St John the Evangelist Craft Fair, a fabulous estate sale is coming this weekend. Starting on Friday, December 5 and continuing Saturday Dec 6 and Sunday, Dec 7 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM all three days this packed home will be open for shopping to the public.

We will have tons of Christmas (most of it vintage), and a huge offering of Dept. 56 holiday houses and accessories, some other holidays are represented and there is much more beyond that. We have original gallery art pieces, exquisite hosting pieces, clothing, furniture (a fabulous collection of Victorian parlor furniture, La-Z-Boy recliners, mid-century bedroom set), tools, outdoor furniture and statuary, vintage pictures, scrapbooks, vintage horse tackle and trophies, office furniture, collections of china, trophies and silver plate awards, jewelry and so much more.

The house is small so, unfortunately, we cannot let everyone in at once. There will be limited entry and a sign up list, available the day before at the front door of the home.
