*Please do not park anywhere on the driveway area - you may park in the large grass area in the front of the house or in the large grass area through the gate up in the barn area. Please use a standard parking format so everyone can open their doors and has room to get in and out.

*When you arrive you may look in the garage first, if there is anything priced in there that you want there will be a tag for you to bring to the cashier when you check out. After the garage , please enter the sale through the sunroom at the back of the house and when you are finished you will exit from the door in the house through the garage.

*We have some crates for you to use while shopping but if you have bags or boxes for you to carry to put things in, please bring them.

*If you plan to get furniture, please bring someone to assist you with loading it as we will not be able to assist with this.

*Please do not message to see if things in pictures are available. We will be busy with in person customers and will not be able to respond to those messages.

*No items will be held for a later pick up unless they are prepaid for.

**Homeowners nor the estate are responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages while you are on the property.
