La Ventana Community Block Sale – Join Us!

Hello La Ventana neighbors!
We’re excited to announce our end of the year Community Block Sale right here in our neighborhood near Bullard & Grantland. This event is proudly sponsored by Teresa Norman, Neighborhood Realtor and Co-Captain of the Northwest Neighborhood Watch.

Date: Saturday, November 22, 2025
Time: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Location: Throughout the La Ventana Community (participating homes will be marked)

We’d love for you to join in! It’s a great chance to clear out unused items, meet neighbors, and enjoy a fun, community-focused day.

Here are a few pointers -

Have at least two people present to help you navigate the crowd.

Have plenty of small bills and coins to make change, and use a secure, lockable money box. Do not take any $50 or $100 dollar bills!!!!!!

Use stickers, tags, or a marker to price your items clearly.

Have bags, boxes, or even packing tape ready for shoppers to use to carry their purchases. A hand dolly or a flat dolly will help with large furniture items.

Use tables, clothing racks, and tarps to organize and display your items effectively.

Set up chairs for yourself and any helpers so you can stay comfortable.

Keep items clean and presentable.
