4 Generations 3 Months Of Selling Off - 3 Months Of Sales Multiple Homes

(to avoid the regular questions-- no knives, guns, video game stuff and Jewlery will be done by auction later on-- no need to say "my daughters like getting things to play with". lol ) There will be some of everything over the next 2-3 months. TONS! just two old people trying to liquidate 4 generations 3 homes and all owned by collectors. Unlike most estate liquidations that bore a house out all at one time.... we have to do this little by little. We have been but the time to ramp up is now! We finally feel the pressureand now we need to step up the pace. (side note, everyone we know seems to want to put things in our sales so there is a plethora of categories covered)Please be patient. There is soooo much to go and only so little time to invest into this project so bare with us.All the homes are too small to do this in at one time so little by little-- please sign up on the email list so we can use this site to maximize opportunity. We know what the values for resale are.... and respect those who are buying for resale -- but we also hope people find things they can keep like we did and enjoy. Each sale will have new merchandise and will be at one of 3 homes. Our goal is to have 2 houses empty by February 1st--(homes not for sale at this time-will be rentals)! Yaaaaa Whoooo. There are over 9 businesses that were run by our big family --- 28humans and sooo many more pets. As you all may know there is as much emotionally involved in downsizing as physically. Be mean-- you go home. lol We want to make this fun and helpful for all involved. If there is a lot of people at one time we may have to restrict how many in the house depending on weather. Again, please be patient as there is weeks involved in getting all this gone and it is overwhelming. This first sale is last minute but if we didn't pick a time we never would. Hoping to do 6 sales before Christmas-- and speaking of Christmas, the family owned a Holiday store for 20 years. The inventory was all stored when it closed in 2002 and starting the end of November there will be lots of store display merchandise and New Old Stock. Lots of Vintage, MCM, Kitchy, clothes to furniture in every sale. This is the first one advertised on this forum.. so Get set.... Ready.... Go starting this Saturday. Like Jimmy Buffett said "Getting Old Ain't for Sissy's" and that is the truth but getting old in a town that is declining is even harder. We hope we can make this fun and beneficial for everyone. This first sale will be a mixture of stuff already being stored in this poor rental home. Clothing, furniture, scrap booking stuff, MCM, dishes, barware and much more. Little by little we access more of each house and have room. All of it is weather not taking us down! Weather is a bitch here now.
