Treasures Through The DecadesAuction – Edgewater, FL Date(s): November 7–13, 2025 Bidding closes Thursday, November 13th at 9PM EST Pickup: Friday, November 14th from 10AM–12PM Location: 307 Costa Rica Drive, Edgewater, Florida HOW IT WORKS Poshlando Estate Experts is proud to present the final phase of the 307 Costa Rica Estate, featuring over 1,000 remaining items from this beautiful Edgewater home. Every item will sell to the highest bidder, regardless of price. This is a timed online auction, open for several days so you can browse and bid anytime before closing. Once the auction ends, winning bidders will receive detailed pickup instructions by email. HOW TO REGISTER Click “Login/New Bidder” at the top of the auction page. New bidders can register quickly using their email and complete a short verification. To maintain secure bidding, a temporary $1 hold will be placed on your card and released automatically within 24–48 hours. BIDDING PROCESS When the auction opens, you can place individual bids or set a maximum bid. The system will only raise your bid as needed to keep you in the lead, up to your max. Example: If an item starts at $10 and your max is $25, the system will only bid as necessary ($12, $15, etc.) to maintain your lead until your limit is reached. WHAT YOU’LL FIND This estate is filled with quality furnishings, décor, artwork, tools, collectibles, household goods, and more—the final treasures from a well-kept Florida home. Every item is clean, organized, and ready for new owners. PICKUP DETAILS All items must be picked up Friday, November 14th between 10AM and 12PM at: 307 Costa Rica Drive, Edgewater, FL. Please bring help for loading and any packing materials you may need.
