November 6th, 7th & 8th, 2025 (Thursday thru Saturday - 7:30AM-3:00PM) PLEASE NO EARLY-BIRDS ON THE PROPERTY PRIOR TO 7:30 AM. If you have been to my semi-annual sales, you know how large and varied they can be. They include a wide variety of household goods, collectibles, antiques, vintage treasure of all kind and a lot of records. I am a picker. When I travel about looking for things to sell, I will make piles and/or purchase 'Lots'. Typically my goal is to purchase/sell maybe 1/2 of the 'lot' or maybe just a few items of the larger lot. Much of the excess I either have no interest in, no knowledge about, or just have been unsuccessful finding a buyer. There are hundreds of opportunities at my sales for fellow pickers to own merchandise that can be very lucrative. Accordingly, there are insanely low price opportunities for end-users to own things for which they've been searching for a long time. No matter, your goal, you will find something, guaranteed. There will literally be 1000+ items. We are not price-tagging any of it. Identify things you want and make an offer. We'll entertain any reasonable offer. Better yet, do what I do when I co picking, MAKE A PILE and then make an offer. That is the easiest way to hide what you really want and get it for cheap. I'm tough but I can be fooled. Most importantly, know that I am in my 60s and have turned a page in my collecting/picking activities. I am down-sizing in a serious way. This sale will be the best I have ever held if you are looking for volume and deals. The sale will be three days, from Thursday thru Saturday (November 6th, 7th and 8th). Our front yard and driveway is not big enough to hold everything. Each day we will be bringing new things from the rear of our property and from our storage in Rancho Cucamonga. All three days will present opportunities to purchase a high volume of unique and valuable treasure.
