We are straight back Royal Oaks Court at the top of the culdesac.  For your safety enter through the garage or the back door the steps in the front are to many!  There is a large step in the living room and a small one in the kitchen.   Now for the good stuff:   The entertainment center is gorgeous.  You can buy the entire wall or it’s in three sections, you can buy one section.  Some valuable speakers one set is Bowers and Wilkins PFM4, , turntable, nice clean queen bed, JAZZ art posters elegantly framed, women’s clothing and shoes, lots of craft supplies,, lots of Christmas items, two Christmas trees, garden pots large and small, outdoor grill, outdoor table and chairs, red sleeper sofa ($100), green “L” shaped couch, nice room rug (recently cleaned still in wrapper approximately 5 x 8), sofa tables, Danish MidCentury dining table with six chairs and buffet, lots of cut glass crystal bowls, etc..  There is a stamp collection that has a value of 260$.    Elvis, Marilyn, etc.   None of the stamps have been used.  We would like to get at least 225$ for the stamps.    Text any questions 850-545-7722
