Estate Sale: 10/ 25Th & 26Th / 2025

I wanted to invite those interested to my family estate sale on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 8 am until ~4 pm and Sunday, October 26th from 9 am to ~4 pm.

My grandmother sadly passed away a few weeks ago and left an incredible time capsule of amazing items that she collected over her more than 50-years in this house.

She was an avid collector of antiques. She adored fine French, Italian and Spanish pottery and art. She loved everything Victorian Reniassance, Baroque and Rococo. She also an originator of the what is now known virally online as cottage core / granny core. 80% of the items available will be vintage and Mid-Century Modern, 10% will be antiques (we even have a few items from the 1800s), and 10% will be furniture (multiple dining sets, king bedroom set, etc.) miscellaneous clothing, shoes, and various home knick-knacks. We will have tons of sports stuff and ephemera from my grandfather. We also have a lot of one of a kind studio pottery from an estate that my cousin purchased and asked us to sell the items for her since she wanted to start construction and remodeling on the home right away.

We wish we could keep it all exactly as it is, but we lovingly open our doors to you in the hopes that you will find a treasure and give it a new home to continue the legacy of her beautiful collection.

Please excuse the mess as we did have a lot of stuff in boxes in the closets and outside in the sheds to make it easier to clean the house. I am in the process of trying to organize it better to make the house walkable.
