This will be an on-site estate sale we will be accepting only Cash, Cashapp, Venmo and Credit Card payments. No pets will be allowed in the home please leave them at home. No large bags will be allowed in. There will be no numbers given out ahead of time this sale will be in a first come first serve basis (We will be going by the list we create once we arrive). If you enter the home, you have given your consent to be filmed. We are open to selling items prior to the sale but will not be giving out prices ahead of time (Please do not reach out asking for prices, we are strictly taking offers).
