Contents of a 10' x 30' double door storage unit being sold by the storage unit owner. Contents include many boxes of brand new & used Christmas merchandise from Hallmark, Christmas Tree shop, etc., household items, records, tapes, vintage toy tanks/ figures, Halloween decor & lots more. Items are located in Somers, CT. CT. .Payment is due by by Thursday, October 23 at 1PM.Information with payment and pickup instructions will be emailed to winning bidders the morning after the auction ends.Pickup is by appointment only & must be completed by Sunday, October 26 at 5PM. Pickup note: The high bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, October 26 at 5PM. The gate access hours are seven days a week, 6AM - 10PM. There is no dumpster on the property. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, October 26 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any unit not 100% completely cleaned out by the stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a minimum disposal fee of $150. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The key to the lock on the unit & the gate code access to the storage facility will be given at the pick up. This is by appointment with the Seller. Pickup contact information will be given after the invoice has been paid.All lots sold as is, where is. There is a 18% Buyers Premium for all lots purchased. Payment methods for non-vehicles & non-equipment include cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or pre-approved checkPreview available online 24 hours.
