Garage Sale Saturday, 10/11/2025 Cheaper Than Goodwill

Garage Sale that's this Saturday, 10/11/2025 about 8am - 3:30pm (We'll start set up ~6am and wrap up will bleed into 6pm)
At 6635 & 6635 N Chatelaine Pl. Phoenix, AZ 85014 a.k.a last two houses on the left. Enter from 12th Street & Ocotillo, 7th Street & Glendale (APS construction this week, guys should be gone by Saturday), or 8th place & Glendale. We're under covered carports with limited supply of umbrellas and ponchos for rain.
Cash preferred with ATMs Chase Wells Fargo and Bank of America within 3 miles, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Zelle also accepted, (no square/card readers for tap to pay yet sorry). If you're in need of cheaper-than-Goodwill used items, think average starting price of $5 and as low as coin cents, we'll have approximately ~300 items with a mix of-
art work and frames (originals and prints/copies)
candles
chachkes holiday and antiques
glasses and jars, and vases
kitchen wares
homewares, a few pieces of small furniture
Women's Clothes plus size and straight size clothes including; jeans (~2010-modern) ~sizes 14-20, tops (80's/90's/2000's/2010's & modern blouses, flannels, sweaters, tees etc.) sizes 14-22 (Large-2XL), bottoms (slacks, shorts, some sweatpants, skorts etc.) 14-24 (Large-3XL), PJ's / Pajamas 14-22 (Large-2XL), etc.

Everything's clean, but be aware since we're cleaning as we're packing items for sale some of them may be a little dusty. + the wind kicking up desert dust & dirt. In terms of item quality / brands think local artists in Phoenix & Northern AZ, Macy's, JC Penneys, William Sonoma, Pier 1 Imports type of quality for items. (No 'designer' stuff, we're too poor for dat lolz)
We'll have packing material, bags, limited supply of boxes for your shopping convenience and we may even wrap up if you're gifting for a birthday / holiday upon request.
As a personal note, I organized this yard sale because I've been jobless for over a year. I love to support my neighborhood & my family but I've burned through my savings and I've felt so bad that I'm not as active in my community as I'm used to be. But I've really been struggling, and about to lose my car. The dream is to make as close to $400 dollars as possible but I know I'm not the only one struggling and there's so many people that need pre-2008 prices or for free on some basic goods. We'll be happy to donate it all to Goodwill / St. Vincent De Paul / Boys & Girls club or Fat Babes of Phoenix and get the charitable tax break too but that'll be a ways away from helping our troubles next week. And as a life long bargain hunter / second hander the charity & resale market these days is more expensive than it used to be.
I'm sorry I'm posting this late night Thursday but we really hope we can give some goods a nice home and better take care of ourselves. I may also bake some homemade chocolate chip cookies/other baked good(s) to give out to customers / anyone stopping by the neighborhood, but I'll edit this post / reup it with that addition later on.
