* 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠: On-street parking is available. Please be considerate of neighbors when parking on the street. Do not block driveways, park near stop signs, etc. use other nearby streets if needed.
* Directions: Due to deed restrictions in the community, there will be no arrows inside the neighborhood guiding you to the sale. If you enter the neighborhood off of Papermill Rd, follow the main road to the end and turn left onto Revelstone Dr.
* 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐩: Bring assistance to carry larger items. All sales are final; no holds. All items must be removed by 2:00 pm on Sunday, with no exceptions.
* 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Cash, Venmo, and Credit Card accepted. Non-cash transactions will incur a fee. No personal checks.
* "𝐀𝐬 𝐈𝐬": All items are sold "as is" with no returns, refunds, or guarantees. They have not been tested. Please inspect carefully before purchasing.
* 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲: You are entering the property at your own risk. Please exercise caution when navigating the property, especially on stairs and uneven floors.
* 𝐍𝐨 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐬: Food and drinks are not permitted inside the home.
* 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠: Prices are not disclosed online. All items are individually priced and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
