It's Finally Here!! - Stoneybrook West Community Yard Sale Is This Weekend !

Stoneybrook West Is Having Our LAST Community Yard Sale for this year, This Weekend - October 4-5

It's HUGE , All 12 Villages / Sub-divisions are participating... Rain or Shine😃☺️👍

Bring your friends and family and visit our community yard sale. So Many sales in a single place with amazing items for you – your friends to explore and enjoy ..

This post is a little long, but it has all the information you need to get in and have fun without a glitch

Stoneybrook West Community has 2 Sales each year, This is the last one of the year, and Each Community yard sale usually has a minimum of 30 - 60 homes, depending basically on the weather, participating in this great event So Don't Forget it’s TOMORROW- THIS SATURDAY !! October 4 - 5 from 8 am -- 2 pm

Only Catch is that we only have 2 Access / Entrance into the community, open for the event. 1 is through the Main Gate, that is on Stoneybrook Parkway and the other one is on Avalon So Come Early to be one of the 1st to get your share of the amazing finds . . . You will find Several Large Sales throughout the community but from past experiences, ... Balforn Tower Way usually has allot of them (quickest way to get there is to go through the main gate) And for the Lakehurst Division which is where we are, at 15308 Amberbeam Blvd., the Avalon gate is right beside our division and we are literally the 2nd house on the left when you enter Lakehurst and you will Not be able to miss us because our Multi Family Sale is going to cover our 3 car driveway =)

****** Just to mention a few things we will have at our Multi Family Yard Sale, we are going to have household items, books, electronics, brand new and used toys, Lots of DVD’s at only $1.00 each, DVD player, a small TV, cassettes, CDs, holiday items, Organizers, a dog cage, a backpack gas blower, Fans, furniture, clothing, and much.. much more !!

****** How to get to this great community event . . .. From State Rd 535 towards Winter Garden . . . Turn left at Stoneybrook West Parkway (Pkwy) Slight right to stay on Stoneybrook W Pkwy Turn right at Light (Towne Commons Blvd) to Enter Main Entrance. **** Now if you see that the main gate is busier than you wish to wait, there is a 2nd entrance on Avalon which you would simply turn right at the end on Stoneybrook Parkway, where Publix and Walgreens are, onto Avalon . you will pass a curve to the right, on Avalon, and then you will have a STOP Sign that you can either go left or right. If you turn right at that Stop Sign, That is our Avalon Entrance to the community and the gate right beside our Huge sale in Lakehurst.

Just Remember in order to enter either way, the guards will not let you in until 8am and it is required by everyone who enters the community to show their Driver's License to the guard or they will not let you in so please do not forget your driver's License..
