ENTRY & LINE
• Do not enter the property before 8:00 AM. Please wait on the sidewalk or street until we open.
• First-come, first-served. No holds or presales. Take items with you the same morning.

WHERE ITEMS ARE
• Items are in the garage and mainly downstairs. Some larger/heavy items are upstairs (e.g., couches, weight set).
• ⚠️ Heavy lifting on stairs—plan your crew accordingly.

MOVING / LOADING
• Bring your own help, tools, and a dolly/hand truck—especially for stairs and heavy items. We cannot help load.
• If you do not have enough help to safely remove an item without damaging the house, you will not be allowed to take it.
• Drive will be used for loading large/heavy items only.
• Bring boxes/bags and straps. No later pickups.

WHAT IS NOT FREE
• Washer/dryer, curtains, and the kitchen (indoor) refrigerator are NOT FREE and clearly marked.
• One garage refrigerator is FREE (bring help and a truck). Note: condition uncertain—mixed feedback on whether it’s working.

HOUSE RULES
• Respect “NOT FREE” tags and anything attached to the home (mounted items stay).
• Be courteous when parking—do not block the road or driveways.
• No public restrooms. No pets inside. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Cameras on site. Enter at your own risk; not responsible for accidents.

END OF SALE
• At 10:00 AM, remaining items may be moved curbside as we clean up. Please do not block driveways or mailboxes.
