Indoor / Outdoor Apartment Community Yard Sale

Get ready for an epic apartment community indoor and outdoor yard sale this Saturday, October 4th, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.!

Location: Yellowwood Terrace Apartments
2100 Greentree North in Clarksville

We’ll have a fantastic lineup of vendors, each bringing their unique treasures. From brand-new items to gently used finds, we’ve got something for everyone. You’ll also find delicious baked goods, stylish clothes, shoes, household essentials, books, DVDs, new cell phone cases, pet supplies, handmade embroidery, craft supplies, and even grilled hot dogs and flavored roasted nuts. Oh, and there’s a 50/50 drawing where you can win without even being there! There’s also a free food pantry table.

In addition to the main sale, our mini thrift shop will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., featuring a bag of clothes and books for just $7 and all shoes only $3 a pair.

And guess what? The following items in the thrift shop will have low prices: household miscellaneous, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, vases, pots & pans, books, wall photos, toasters, curtains, bedding, jewelry, Norman Rockwell cups and glasses, a large retail showcase, purses, craft supplies, a dresser, miscellaneous tables, a wooden potatoes & onions bin, and a large, like-new, beautiful coffee table. We even have a cart with free items. Signs will be posted next to the lobby elevator for directions.
