Lake Bernadette Community Sale Zephyrhills High End Pickers Resellers

Lake Bernadette is having their Community Wide Yard Sales on Saturday, October 11th, 2025.

I have a friend who works for a high-end estate sale business. The owner of the company doesn't like to deal with the "littles" or the "smalls." She brings totes and totes of items to my yard sale every year. Most of the high end clothing and other items come from her. Once again this year we have bins and bins of clothing, many of them with the tags still on them. The sizes range from Small to 4X in both men's and women's. The new clothing and jeans are all $3.00 each. The used clothing is all sorted by sizes in bins and it is all $2.00 each. We will have one rack of the best of the best, and those pieces will be individually priced.

Just a side note: Every piece of used clothing has been laundered. I do not sell dirty clothing, and we do not have pets and we do not smoke.
Also, for the re-sellers, I am using removeable stickers on the high dollar items so you won't have to worry about getting tags off and leaving residue.

There is a tote of high end bras, Victoria's Secret, Soma, etc. $3.00 each

There is a rack of coats and jackets. North Face, Nike, LL Bean, Patagonia, Ralph Lauren and more, $3.00 - $6.00.

There is a lot of vintage clothing, most are in the $2.00 bins.

Purses including Dooney and Bourke, Tori Burch, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Coach, Vera Bradley and more.

Totes of shoes, including Nike, Chacos, Converse, Clarks, Skechers, and more

Lots of hats, including some from a couple of the US Opens and the Masters.

I have makeup and high end vintage and rare perfumes.

There is also an entire box of brand new skin care, makeup, lotions, etc. These will be individually priced.

An entire stack of Vintage American Airlines Travel Posters 30 x 40", from Aruba, San Francisco, Figi, Acapulco, St. Croix, Mexico City, Canada, Los Angeles, Boston, Curaco, and more.

This year I have a ton of vintage glass and figurines. Blenko, Royal Doulton, Waterford and so on.

Do you have a home bar? TONS of vintage bar ware, ashtrays, signs, glasses, beer & champagne buckets, bottle openers, etc.
