Thank you for your interest in our Fair Haven Riverfront Estate Sale. This event showcases an extensive collection, including Roseville pottery, a Barbie doll collection, and a Department 56 Dickens Village collection. Additionally, we offer a variety of gardening supplies, featuring flower pots in small, medium, large, and extra-large sizes, along with an exquisite selection of yard decor and so much more!!! Upon entering the home, you will find yourself in the Roseville room, which features a huge collection of Roseville Pottery, various pieces of furniture, cut glass, blue and white plates, platters, decorative items, and an assortment of kitchenware and kitchen decorations. Roseville collectors are advised to carefully review the new photos, as some items previously shown in older images have been retrieved by the family. This will help ensure there are no disappointments upon your arrival. The second floor theater room is filled with DVDs, books, cameras, and additional furniture.On the third floor, you’ll discover a selection of clothing for both men and women, including women’s shoes in sizes 8 and 8.5, as well as women’s apparel in medium and large sizes. The basement is dedicated to holiday decorations, including Christmas and Halloween items, vintage toys, vintage electronics, garden supplies, and numerous holiday in the boxes garland by Front Gate . We offer excellent prices on bundle deals; however, please be aware that if you choose to bundle items, the discount applies only to the entire bundle. We cannot accommodate large refunds for individual items after a bundle has been purchased. If this issue persists, we may discontinue bundle deals on the first day. We will have two registers available: one in the garage and another inside the house, accepting cash and credit cards only. We do not accept Zelle, Venmo, or checks under any circumstances.It is your responsibility to monitor your purchased items, particularly those in the basement. We are here to assist you, but the management of your items is ultimately your responsibility. A wrapping station will be provided for you to wrap your purchases. While we will have some wrapping materials available, we encourage you to bring additional wrapping supplies and bags due to the size of this estate sale, especially for the pottery. For your convenience, we offer a third-party delivery service for a fee, with deliveries scheduled on Mondays and Tuesdays during business hours. You must be at home during your designated delivery time; if you are not present, we will not arrange a second delivery, nor will refunds be issued for items purchased at the estate sale. Please note that we will no longer provide refunds for purchases made at the estate sale. All transactions are cash and carry; you are welcome to test any electrical items, but once they leave the property, we cannot issue refunds. We appreciate your understanding. The driveway is designated for pick-up only, so please wear comfortable walking shoes, as there is a bit of a walk down the driveway, and the interior of the house has many stairs. Parking may be limited, but there are several side streets available. If you require accessibility accommodations, you may have someone drop you off, but please note that parking on the property is not permitted under any circumstances.
