ESTATE SALE in BEL AIR off of Fountain Green Rd runs Thursday, October 9, from 12-5 with a sign up sheet going out at 11 am Friday, October 10, from 9-1 Saturday, October 11, from 9-1 Exact address goes out closer to the sale dates. This is a gorgeous home loaded with jewelry, retro finds, art glass, barware/stemware, furniture, signed and original art, exercise equipment, luggage, kitchen items, nautical/beach themed decor, glass top dining and kitchen tables, counter/bar chairs and seating, women’s clothing in sm-lg, piano, sofa/loveseat, lamps/lighting, side/coffee tables, Christmas/Halloween/fall/Easter decorations, and more! We do not give prices anywhere other than at the home during sale days/hours while you are in person with us. However, we will be pre selling all bedroom sets, the striped sofa/loveseat, piano, and tables and chairs sets. Pick up will not be until October 8 between 10-12 ish. You will need to have your own help to carry and that assistance lined up before PM ing for the price. I will never give a price on the page. Please do not ask for pricing for anything other than what I just spelled out would be available for pre sale. Please note, too, that these are higher end furniture items. I will not hold items. I give you a brief time to reply back after giving you the details. I may not answer immediately , as I am not attached to my phone all day. But, I do go in order through PM/Messenger. I do not have measurements. This is a multi level home with items available in the garage and pool area. There are items that are off limits, so please respect signs, caution tape, and closed areas. As always, you are entering at your own risk. Please use caution on stairs, step downs, and on the grounds. Cash, please. Local checks with ID that matches checks and a current phone number are considered. Please have your own help to carry and load. The furniture should be moved using appropriate mobility devices and tarps/padding to prevent damage to the home or the item. There is plenty of on street parking but please do not block driveways and/or mailboxes. Do not use the client’s driveway to park. You may drop off /pick up someone and use it to pick up large purchases, but please do not park there to enter and shop. Thank you for understanding. Hope to see you for this fabulous sale!
