This is a PR-Ebay sale as I organize and prepare to list for the upcoming holiday season. LOADS of high end tabletop, home decor, lighting, and children’s clothing (boys and girls, all sizes). Basically it is an opportunity to buy things at a lower price than you would pay online, and also save the cost of shipping.

1. PRICING: This is not your typical garage sale. There are some really nice, high end things and pricing reflects this. Please don’t expect to get a Simon Pearce vase for $5. We priced things well below what they would sell for on Marketplace or ebay, but there are a lot of unique, retired, and one-of-a-kind items so you might look at it as a chance to shop some really cool stuff at a discount and not have to pay shipping! This is a great opportunity to find some great items to put away for the upcoming holidays.
