* 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠: On-street parking is available. Please be considerate of neighbors when parking on the street. Do not block driveways, park near stop signs, etc. use other nearby streets if needed.
* 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐩: Bring assistance to carry larger items. All sales are final; no holds. All items must be removed by 2:00 pm on Sunday, with no exceptions.
* 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Cash, Venmo, and Credit Card accepted. Non-cash transactions will incur a fee. No personal checks. NOTE - the cellular signal at this house is very low. Cash transactions will speed up the checkout progress.
* "𝐀𝐬 𝐈𝐬" 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬: All items are sold "as is" with no returns, refunds, or guarantees. They have not been tested. Please inspect carefully before purchasing.
* 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲: You are entering the property at your own risk. Please exercise caution when navigating the property, especially on stairs and uneven floors.
