This sale is in a four-story townhouse complex.
To enter, please go to the Race Street entrance (closer to Auzerais Ave.)
- just follow our signs!
Then you will take the elevator to the 4th floor and short walk to property.

PARKING:
Parking may be a bit tricky, so be prepared to get creative.
But trust us - this sale is wort it!

Stop by the Race Street entrance and our crew will be there to offer parking suggestions and help guide you in. Hope to see you there!

If you are caught removing tags or changing prices, you will be escorted out and the Police will be called.
All merchandise is sold AS IS and nonrefundable.
We are not able to give out prices before the estate sale or early previews.
Customers will be responsible for removal of furniture items purchased.
Please bring your own boxes, bags and wrapping paper for your purchases.
