Estate of Mind, LLC. is pleased to host this online firearms sale in Fargo. There will be 3 firearms to choose from plus a pellet gun. THIS IS LOCAL PICK UP ONLY IN FARGO ND. NO SHIPPING IS OFFERED. Bidding begins to close on Thursday September 25, 2025, at 6pm with lots closing 2 minutesapart. Pick up will be on Friday September 26, 2025, at Bills Gun Shop in Fargo after 12 noon.The buyer will be responsible for the fee to transfer and to pass an FBI background check. This fee is typically $30-40. IF YOU ARE A FELON, DO NOT BID SINCE YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO PASS THE BACKGROUND CHECK AND THE FIREARM WILL BE FORFEITED WITH NO REFUND. All Gun purchases under $1,000 can be paid with Credit/Debit Card, Venmo or Cash. No personal Checks will be accepted. Any purchases larger than $1,000, only cash or bank cashier's check will be accepted. When the auction closed,I will email the winning bidders Thursday night and charge your credit card for the invoiced purchase price.
