Holmdel Moving Sale By Attic To The Basement

Thank you for your interest in our exquisite moving sale in Holmdel. We are offering a wide selection of beautiful items, featuring renowned brands such as Maitland Smith and Henredon, all in excellent condition. Many pieces of furniture were sourced from Zaksons Furniture, including a stunning pair of blue velvet armchairs and a Sectional sofa that will complement any decor. Our collection also includes various accent furniture pieces in multiple sizes, perfect for enhancing your entryways, hallways, or filling open spaces in your living room. This sale is an excellent opportunity to beautify your home. Additionally, the garage is filled with flower pots, yard tools, water hoses, a wheelbarrow, and many other items. In the basement, you will find an elliptical machine and a treadmill, both in very good condition, along with a ping-pong table and a basketball net game. There is also a dedicated room featuring Christmas and Halloween decorations, as well as wall art. We have a selection of women’s clothing in sizes small and medium, along with women’s shoes in sizes 9 and 9.5. Brands in our women's clothing collection include Parker, BEBE, and Halston. We offer lightly used baby clothing, including several brand-new items with tags. Men’s clothing and shoes are also available. We provide a third-party delivery service for a fee, with most deliveries occurring on Mondays and Tuesdays during business hours. It is your responsibility to adhere to your scheduled delivery date; if you are unavailable, we will not reschedule, and refunds for purchases will not be issued. Please note that "Attic to the Basement" is not available to assist with carrying large items from the house, so be sure to bring adequate help. We are happy to assist with items weighing 15 pounds or less, provided we are not busy. For your convenience and safety, we kindly request that you leave large purses at home, as they will not be permitted inside. We also recommend wearing sneakers instead of heels, as there are several areas with stairs throughout the house; please be mindful of your surroundings as there will be signs posted. Early birds are welcome to start a list, but it is your responsibility to maintain it. We will not intervene if your list is removed or altered.
