Tag Sale Solutions is pleased to host an Estate Tag Sale in a country home in Stoutsville (right outside of Circleville). While there is not a lot of furniture in this sale, it’s a wonderful opportunity for collectors and resellers as there is a variety of numerous collections and unique items. There are three riding tractor mowers in this sale and many others pieces of equipment for yard care. Please note that we will not be passing out numbers for this sale. Once you are parked on opening morning, we are asking that you not move your car before entry. Also note that this is a three day sale. There will be no sale on Sunday. Look forward to seeing everyone! Collections/Specialty items Our client procured a variety of collections throughout the years and also gained many pieces that she inherited from family. The following lists her various collectibles: Lalique Glassware and Crystal (32 Pieces) This is the largest collection of Lalique glassware I’ve ever seen in a sale. If you are not familiar with Lalique it is a luxury glass/crystal brand that was founded by Rene Lalique in France, in the late 19th century. The brand produced glass art pieces, often with a satin finish with intricate detailing. After his death in 1945, his son Marc and then later his Granddaughter, Marie-Claude continued with the business which is still in operation today. Following the death of Rene in 1945, Lalique transitioned to producing lead glass (crystal). This sale has many pieces before Rene passed and after his death. All pieces are signed. If the piece was created before 1945, the signature includes a reference to Rene’s name so it is signed: R. Lalique. If it’s after 1945, most pieces are signed: Lalique France. I certainly learned a lot researching this brand, and I’m happy to have them available for purchase at this sale! • There are multiple pieces signed with R.
