I am a local record buyer & seller who has done record shows for several years now. I am re-starting my annual record album sale in the garage!
This sale has something new: Over 2,500 records for just $1 each! VG and better condition. Rock, Pop, Jazz, Country, R&B & Soundtracks. No Classical. All are sorted by genre to save you time!
On Sunday beginning at 1pm I am offering $30 Boxes of what remains. You get 100 albums in one of my UHaul-size boxes for just $30. I want then GONE! Buy me out! For these, we can try to stick to a genre for you, but you can’t take the time to pick individual titles.
ALSO: As always, we have about 300 $10 and up nice records (Beatles, Cars, Elton John, Journey, Rush, Jimmy Buffett, Madonna, 80s, Classic Rock, some etc.) including some $100+ 90s Grunge original presses (Nirvana, Pearl Jam). These are not $1 and are not in the “box” sale at the end. If you’ve been to my sales before, they are the type of records I sold in the past. All of this batch are sleeved and graded!
I’ve posted here some photos of past sales, but will be updating them as I get set up so you can see this year’s version!

I accept Cash, Cards, Zelle, Venmo or PayPal.
Plenty of street parking.
I will not be opening early. I will welcome everyone outside and open the garage door. Please be polite and dig through one crate and let others dig next to you. There is no sign-up or numbering system. You are welcome to form your own line, I will allow in about 15 or so people to start.
