Desert Palms Estate Sales Invites You To Yet Another Sale In Sun City!!!! Please Read Notes!!!

Hello all! Before I list some of the items for sale in this super clean house, Ineed to bring a very important issue to the attention ofeveryone who checks in for our estate sales. It has to do with SPEEDING! Back story - A few sales ago, one car was speeding on Ave 38, and wascaught on camera coming to the Turnberry Isle sale. I tried to get the speeder to come forward, but never got a response. The owner of the houses where estate sales are held are responsible for the violations (per the CCRs of Sun City) That carried a $50 fine. Now, fast forward to most recent sale on Tamarisk Flower. Nine (9) out-of-area attendees checked into the gate to come to the sale, giving the address of the estate sale. SIX of those attendees were nabbed by the cameras on Ave 38 (2 at $25 fine and 4 at $50 fine, resulting in a $250 fine charged to the innocent owner of the house). It appears as if the verification at the main gate does not record the NAME of the driver associated with the license plates. Ihave all the license plate numbers and pictures of the cars, but will forego trying to get the names of the drivers thru the DMV. Please be a little more aware of the speed limit - The cameras don't lie and the Security Manager is enforcing the CCR's. This also applies to Stop Signs (Stop completely, no rolling along).
