The authenticity has not been verified or guaranteed on any/all items. The functionality of any/all electric/electronic items are unknown. The unit is located in Highland, NY.Payment is due by Tuesday, September 16 at 1PM.Information with payment and pickup instructions will be emailed to winning bidders the morning after the auction ends.Pickup must be completed by THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 18 at 5PM. Please bid accordingly. Pickup note: The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the units or on the storage facility property & have the units broom swept clean by Thursday, September 18 at 5PM. Anything left in the unit after Thursday, September 18 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any unit not 100% completely cleaned out by the stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a minimum disposal fee of $150. There is no dumpster on the property. There is no live preview. The storage facility closes at 8PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. The combination to the lock on the unit & the gate access codes will be given after the invoice has been paid.All lots sold as is, where is. There is a 18% Buyers Premium for all lots purchased.
