Warehouse Sale - Next Phase

Renaissance will be opening our old warehouse on this day with limited access to sell off 30 plus years of accumulated furniture projects and construction items and tools.This is our personal rough room. There will be very few items priced at over $50.00. Most items will be priced from $5.00 to $25.00. Items include chairs, tables, buffets, hutches, outdoor furniture and chests. We are still digging out, who knows what we will find and offer. To enter the warehouse, you will be required to be with a Renaissance by Design worker. You must be able to move items out yourself, so bring help if you want big or heavy items. If interest is great, we may hand out numbers to enter the warehouse. We may also set up a table or two ourselves. You may want to bring some blue painters’ tape and a marker to claim and hold your items as you pick. This is phase three of several sales we have planned. We've opened another untouched area - most of you who came could see, but we couldn't get to at the time. I will update photos as I can get to it. Just found a Sleigh bed, vintage oak fireplace mantel,several dining tables, 50's metal outdoor chairs, floor lamps and chandeliers, desks ....... Our other partner, that is a remodeler, will also be selling off various construction type items. He has several windows and doors plus other building materials as he goes through his warehouse. We also will be selling some solid walnut custom made paneling, vintage shutters, Victorian doors and ....? Also available are a few collectible small items, a working electric stove and more tools. Still unpacking and sorting. Our warehouse is on Hamilton Avenue - a short dead-end street, so we have room to grow and spread out. There is also an off-street parking lot you can use for parking that day. Pictures will be added as we can get to it.
