ESTATE SALE in Perry Hall at 4312Silver Spring Rd runs this week! Thursday, 28th, from 12-6 with APPOINTMENTS needed from noon until 3. At 3 we will open up to the public without appointments. Appointments can be made via the Sign Up Genius site. Please DO NOT show up more than 5 minutes before your appointment begins as there will not be anywhere to park until folks before you leave. When we open at 3 to the public or on Fri/Sat, do not show up more that 5 minutes before we open as we will be getting the folks with appointments at 2 off the lot or getting folks parked. Garland Rd is the closest side street but it is an about 6 houses up and on the opposite side of Silver Spring Rd so we do not recommend parking there!! This is a 4 lane street and people are speeding. Friday, 29th, from 10-2 No appointment needed, but space is limited Saturday, 30th, from 9-1 No appointment needed, at this point, but space is limited I highly recommend grabbing an appointment for Thursday since we are limited to 20 ish spaces for parking! You can wait at Dunkin until something opens, but there is no exception to how many folks we can have on the grounds. Address will be shared on Wednesday to folks with an appointment and on Thursday morning for everyone else. This is a 5 level home with a detached garage and some outdoor finds! What’s there? Tools, tool chest, bike, instruments, loads of vinyl records, electronics, vintage toys, games, antique bench, sofas, loveseat, dining room table and chairs, decoys, primitives, weather vane, crocks, barware, bakeware, cookware, lift chair, secretary, coffee and side tables, brass items, vintage children’s books, vintage new stock ( client was a wholesaler to lots of beachy stores), nautical decor, sports, baby items, kitchen table and chairs, musical instruments, and more.
