Very clean estate featuring a little of everything. Beautiful items, very nice quality.Patio furniture, rugs, linens, treadmill, recumbent bike, tools, Craftsman rolling tool box, dining room table & chairs, awesome sectional sofa, refrigerator, sterling silver salt shakers and more! Please do not bid if you cannot complete the sale or make it to pickup. We are unable to assist everyone with packing and/or loading. We help where we can but expect you to bring your own packing materials and assistance, this includes bringing your own tools or equipment needed to remove your items. Please contact us if you need help with the bidding process. We use a hard-close or sudden death end to our auctions, just like eBay. There is no extension of time and if you do not have a high enough proxy bid, you could get sniped, which means someone could outbid you in the last second. If you place a proxy bid of the highest you are willing to pay for the item, the auction software bids on your behalf, only in increments of $1-$5, until it reaches your proxy bid. After that, you may or may not be outbid, you can always raise your proxy bid if someone is actively bidding against you. Sniping almost always happens on desirable items, so we encourage proxy bidding to avoid potential disappointment. Again, please contact us if you need help understanding this process. We cannot stress enough that your Auction bid is a binding agreement. We will absolutely restrict bidding for bidders who do not pay or do not pick up their items. If you have unpaid bids with us, and you choose to bid on one of our auctions, we will cancel your bids and cancel your ability to continue making bids. We appreciate everybody who lives up to their end of the bargain.
