WHEN DOES IT END: The first lot will begin closing on Friday, September 5, 2025 at 6:00 PM CT. Lots will close every 15 seconds. If a bid is placed during the last minute of bidding, that lot will be extended by 1 minute. WHERE & WHEN IS REMOVAL DAY: Pick up Sunday, September 7, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Seller’s home = 2286 Beverly Dr, Morris, IL 60450. This is a ONE-DAY pick-up schedule. Do NOT bid unless you can adhere to the specified pick-up day and time. There is no shipping available. BUYER’S PREMIUM: 10% Buyer’s Premium will be charged on invoices paid by cash, check, or wire transfer, and 13% on invoices paid by credit card. HOW DO I PAY: Invoices are emailed within an hour after the auction closes, and you pay at pick-up by cash, check, or credit card.
