Fall Family Yard Sale! 10/18/25 From 8:00Am-12:30Pm! Many Great Items Available!

THE PHOTOS LISTED ARE ONLY A PORTION OF WHAT'S UP FOR GRABS AT THIS EVENT!! There will be various kinds of items there such as girls clothes (sizes (M) 7/8 - (L) 9/10) & shoes (size 2 Big Kid except new pair of size 12 little girls winter Crocs lined with sherpa fur on the interior with sill original tags), HUGE variety of kids' toys, followed by kids' decor, various home/holiday decor - hanging pictures, accent pieces, table top trinkets, unopened peel & stick/removable accent wallpaper (3 patterns & 2 highly rated brands like Threshold & TEMPAPER), gift wrap bags & wrapping paper. BIG variety of women's clothing from All clothes are arranged & sorted by price & sizes ranges will be listed on each tub's detail sheet for easy navigating. With the brand names, there are a good number of hidden gems on the high end of the spectrum! Middle to upper class brands take majority of the clothes all kept in “like new” condition! Brand preview includes lines like Michael Kors, Lucky Brand, & more! Target's top lines as in "A New Day" & "Knox Rose" amongst a handful of other popular/well recognized brands. Marshalls has the most items that still have the tags (original brand tag and the store privet age ensuring it has never been worn! ALL PRICES START AT $5 AND GO DOWN FROM THERE :) Each clothing tub is sorted by price. Sizes and clothing types are sorted for smooth shopping as much as we can! Each tub will range from either Large to XXL as well as other clothing sizes Small/Medium to Large. Clothing categorized by a numerical size will be matched to the letter size that accommodates the size on a general scale – not to worry, most of the women’s clothing aren’t numerically identified, the girls’ clothing will likely have more of the numerically identified sizes, but same rule applies to the kids apparel displays as the adult clothing – hopefully that is simple enough for all yard sale gurus coming out to snag some good deals before the holidays come in “full swing!” There are also furniture pieces where we will advertise with photos and videos since the few items are too heavy to haul to my parents’ and back home if we didn’t get any keepers as well as giving anyone interested time to ask all about any interested pieces! WE strive to make our yard sale friends and folks feel at ease when looking at our offered items (some of which are family owned antique furniture such a bookcase/hutch and a few more furniture pieces that we have taken incredible care of; for folks caught by the furniture pieces, if seriously inquiring, we will happily arrange a time to invite you to come out and view the piece in person at our home. If all goes well then we can help the pick-up process for any furniture items that require assistance loading up. Our main goal in putting on the yard sale to our community is to make sure we make folks feel as if they were buying from family and have an honest overview of any product available aka "up for grabs" ;) There will also be holiday decor, accent carpets, unused removable peel and stick accent wall paper - 3 different patterns with two kinds of brands from Threshold to Tempaper (both originally purchased at Target; we ended up not using any accent wall paper in our bathroom so they're brand spanking new and at SUCH good deals! and many other various pieces! There are some photo examples of just a taste of the items we'll have to offer. They are all in excellent condition and well maintained if the item(s) were even used at all used at all! My daughter will be selling donuts as well, so come say hi and pick up a donut!
