Again!!! Pokemon (Some Cards A Evee Build-A-Bear), Toys, Homemade Dog Cookies

Ladies and gentlemen, let me have your attention please, will the real yard sale please stand up!!!

Her we are, at it again it's only been a month since the last yard sale we posted on here!!

The last yard sale was so successful that a couple more of my family members started putting together stuff, unbeknownst to me, and then presented me this past weekend with idea of running a last ditch effort yard sale right before school starts to help out with some of the back to school items/needs that my daughter requires.

I promise just like last time, you won't be disappointed.

Included in this yard sale you're going to find:

•A small amount of authentic pokémon cards, a few oversized cards, 1 sealed scarlet&violet booster pack, 1 Scarlet & violet Paldea evolved booster pack, 1 sword & shield battle styles booster pack, some !!almost!! empty pokémon card tins, some pokémon memorabilia (including but not limited to a EVEE Build-A-Bear stuffed animal medium size, and maybe more.

•Live plants and a few plant pots

•several action figures maybe a couple sealed and unsealed ones

•some McDonald's toys older and new

•an AMC theater specialty cup or two

•A Very awesome national geographic kids/young adult sized metal detector (only used two times) retailed for $79.99 originally

• several sealed Hot Wheels diecast cars

•2019 to 2022 Honda Accord / Honda Civic smart key fob aftermarket grip (a pair of 2) a family member has the same type on his Hyundai sonata and he loves them!!

•men's adult clothing (size 34-36, Lg and XL sizes) high end jeans (2 pair of rock & republic) some t shirts (one vintage ED Hardy) a few Polo's, white button up long sleeve dress shirts, a 1 set of dress pants/blazer combo, a very high-end 100% cashmere Neiman Marcus sweater (does have some wear) $150 original retail, Will let go for a ridiculous price, possibly fixable? A very good condition heavy duty outdoors Carhartt weatherproof hoodie jacket $80.00+ retail, very well maintained high top socks. Etc...

•A nice very trendy looking colorful adult female sleepwear top and bottom matching set (medium sized) possibly some other plus size women's clothing (LG to 3xl)

Kids pants, shorts, tops, In a couple of extremely nice dresses. One specifically is a sparkly metallic black cat and Jack the limited edition dress that I was sad to see my daughter grow out of. (Little kids sizes ranging from size 6 to size 8.

•a very nice high quality Roxy backpack!! Just in time for back to school in the VB area!!

•A small assortment of Legos with a couple of minifigs and other small boy toys possibly stuck in the lot

•a wide variety of Xbox to PlayStation 1 game manuals (games not included) but I know some of these can be very collectible

•a wide variety of assorted Lego manuals ranging from marvel, DC superheroes, Star wars, Lego City, Ninjago, etc.. (LEGO sets not included) but I know these manuals can be collectible.

•an original rough condition authentic newspaper from The shocking princess Diana passing!! It is in rough condition but still very collectible, I figure before it gets into worse condition I let someone else who will properly take care of it and maybe help it not deteriorate more!!

•a vintage 1991 haro racing mountain bike 90% complete!! $20

•Many many many other odds and ends, I might go out on a limb and say that other than the assortment of pokémon cards that I had during the last yard sale, this yard sale might be a little better!!

Fair warning to The pokémon hunters, scalpers and hardcore collectors come very early. There is a high chance that if you come after 8:00 a.m. you will probably miss out on all of the decent pokémon stuff!!!

I promise to the people who are into the pokémon stuff, I will not be selling my pokémon in full lot form to anyone for a set price, all pokémon stuff will be priced individually that way others who are interested get a fair chance in purchasing however I can guarantee unbeatable prices!!!

Also this yard sale will take place at 7:30 a.m. on the dot, I will not be accepting purchases before 7:30 a.m. because I will more than likely still be putting stuff out. I work during the week on second shift so 7:30 a.m. is quite early for me.
